To increase the number of sports-related injury patients served, Concept got creative. Our team used geofencing technology to create a virtual fence around ski resorts along the Wasatch Front. We captured the data of skiers and snowboarders on the mountain and later served them ads regarding TOSH’s services. The creative informed them of common ski-related injuries that TOSH was a specialist in treating.
From there, we set up a conversion zone around the TOSH location to determine the number of patients who entered the geo-fenced ski resort, saw the ad, and then visited TOSH for service. These patients qualified as conversions, meaning they became new patients due to Concept’s advertising efforts.
