Casita 21 is located within the highly-coveted resort Terranea, residing on the picturesque cliffs of Rancho Palos Verdes. The casita features Southern Californian luxury, but their brand and website weren’t of the same quality. They approached the team at Concept Marketing looking for a complete rebrand and a new and improved website to match.

Rebranding

Keeping in mind the opulence that guests experience when visiting Casita 21, our team set out to fashion a brand that reflected a similar sense of luxury. We created posh elements for the mark and incorporated a color palette that is reminiscent of the sea.

With the brand thoroughly defined, our team implemented it wherever possible, including new collateral pieces, social media profiles, and a fresh website.

Website Design and Development

The purpose of the Casita 21 website is to connect with potential guests and illustrate the amenities that separate Terranea from other resorts in the Los Angeles area. Additionally, the website needed to convert interested parties into committed guests.

To showcase the features of Casita 21 and the resort in which it is located, our team developed a cohesively branded website with the business goals and user experience in mind.
