Account Executive

We’re looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our team to expand customer base and foster new business.

Job Duties

  • Meet with clients to discuss current and future projects
  • Formulate advertising and marketing strategies
  • Define advertising budgets for clients; create proposals for marketing services
  • Present projects and creative work to clients
  • Propose and close the sale on new business to current and potential clients
  • Manage and strengthen client relationships growing revenue for clients and Agency
  • Initiate, coordinate and oversee campaigns and agency activities on behalf of the client to include media buys, print, digital, social marketing, branding, market research, etc. to ensure client goals are being met
  • Manage day to day agency and client communication as liason between client and Agency
  • Report campaign progress to include successes and setbacks to client to ensure client is in the know
  • Manage clients budget and timeline to maximize ROI for client and agency
  • Work with internal team to exceed client expectations and stay on deadlines
  • Proactively present ideas and advertising concepts to clients that will benefit their business
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for Concept Marketing
  • Understand and contribute to agency profitability across various advertising, marketing and public relations mediums
  • Report to agency president on condition of relationship between agency and clients/prospects and plans to improve it

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications or related field
  • 10+ years experience in advertising/marketing sales
  • 5+ years as top producing sales performance
  • 5+ years experience in production relation field
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Highly self-motivated with an engaging and positive attitude
  • Comfortable in a highly motivated, fast-paced, critical support role
  • Driven team player with a sense of urgency to stay in front of strategic opportunities
  • Possess exceptional written/verbal communications skills, presentation skills, organizational time management skills, and display extremely strong customer-facing presentation skills.
  • Be self-disciplined, diligent, and have strong work ethic
  • Excellent decision making and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele
  • Motivated by commission sales structure without a cap
  • Ability to solve problems independently with history of improving challenging situations
  • Film or television experience a plus

Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for implementing and managing various aspects of approved marketing plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be highly self-motivated and managed.

Job Duties

  • Manage all projects from post intake through delivery.
  • Communicate directly with client to gather all necessary information to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Implement and maintain project budgets.
  • Manage internal resources and outside contractors to ensure projects are completed within parameters set.
  • Manage team workflow—implement timelines and enforce due dates.
  • Ensure compliance of project specifications.
  • Cast and direct talent for voice over and productions, as needed.
  • Clean/edit audio as needed.
  • Oversee clients’ online marketing campaigns to include search engine optimization, pay per click/ad word opportunities and month end reports.
  • Manage client websites for maintenance, updates and recommendations.
  • Manage website design and development projects to include layout and functionality will meet the needs of the clients.
  • Coordinate and assist with various aspects of video/photo shoots or onsite productions
  • Manage Leave Me On Hold audio production projects as assigned.
  • Grow and utilize independent contractor team per needs of company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field
  • 2+ years experience managing projects and team members
  • Ability to understand and interpret website analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi task
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done

Graphic Designer

Responsible for creating a visible image that can be used in digital media, print and other formats. Utilize software and hand-rendering to create design that meets the needs of the client. Develop overall layout and production design for advertising and marketing projects.

Job Duties

  • Meet with team members to establish a vision and objective for a product or design.
  • Select colors, images, textures and shapes to create the layout.
  • Select the size and arrangement of the different elements.
  • Develop graphics and visual or audio images for advertising and marketing materials.
  • Use computer software to create electronic versions of designs.
  • Employ color theory, typography, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques when designing project.
  • Develop material for websites and online marketing efforts.
  • Develop and design logos for products and clients.
  • Create and develop corporate identity for clients.
  • Create promotional displays, packaging, and marketing brochures.
  • Develop the layout and production design of ads for magazines, newspapers, billboards, online ads, direct mail, etc.
  • Perform research on competitors and market trends as it relates to design.
  • Collaborate with independent contractors to ensure design hits the target assigned.
  • Collaborate with printers to select type of paper, ink and printing techniques to enable the vision to come to life.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure design target is accomplished.
  • Participate in team brainstorming; contributing knowledge to the team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
  • 10+ years industry experience
